Benefits
Rosen Method is an invitation to enter into relationship with our body and
learn to stay connected to our body. As we embody this work, we keep developing
our ability:
- To sink back into ourselves and let ourselves feel whatever we feel
- To recognize our sense of confinement and release the barriers between ourselves and our inner world
- To live in the present moment without clinging or avoiding
- To explore and uncover the causes of mysterious aches and pains
- To move beyond obsessive thinking and give the mind a place to rest
- To feel more confident rooted in the body
- To hold on to our center through ups and downs and when we slip off center ,know how to return to our body and breath as pathways to our core self
- To trust our gut feelings, our insights and our intuition
- To connect with our heart space and live our life from our heart
- To hear and respond to the call of our creativity
- To keep exploring the Big Question of Who Am I ?
- To reshape our lives around deeper values
- To listen to the other , see the other, let the other be
- To be open to change while staying aware of the self within
