Programs & Services
The Rosen Method Open Center offers personal and professional development
in several different formats:
Bodywork and Movement Intensives

- 5 or 6 full days retreat, usually residential, taught by Certified Intensive teachers
- Rosen Method theory and practice
- demonstrations of specific hands-on skills to meet physical-emotional unconscious holdings
- practicum where sessions are given and received under supervision
- circlework, deep sharing, learning to speak and listen from our heart space
- exploration of Rosen Method movements to music
Workshops
- 2 to 3 days, usually offered on weekends
- taught by Certified Workshop teachers
- presentations, demonstrations and discussions
- practicum where supervised sessions are given and received to convey a direct experience of the power of Rosen Method conscious touch

Continuing Education Credit
"Rosen Method Bodywork Open Center is approved by the National Certification
Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education
approved provider."
- 35 / 40 credits for an Intensive (depending on whether Intensive is 5 or 6 days)
- 12 - 18 credits for a Workshop
