Rosen Method Bodywork allows me to listen with my hands and respond with my heart. Teaching this method brings together all of my skills, and rewards me richly.

My work as a Rosen practitioner and as a psychotherapist is informed by practices of improvisational movement, writing, art, meditation, being and compassion. My focus is on exploring the interconnections of body, mind, and spirit. My passion is creating a space so that the heart can come out of hiding.

Ten years ago I found in the Rosen Method what I was looking for both professionally and personally. Wishing to make my private practice of counseling and spiritual guidance more holistic and needing healing from almost 20 years of back pain, I was delighted to learn about Rosen. In both areas of my life it provided what I sought. I believe Rosen can truly integrate body, mind and spirit. Our bodies are sacred and hold the wisdom we need for healing.

I have a private practice in West Hartford, CT. My interests are Jungian Psychology, Spirituality, and Dreams.

I bring 13 years of massage practice, an MA degree in counseling, and over 20 years of meditation practice to support my clients' many levels of unfolding in Rosen Method Bodywork.

All are welcome in my practice, where I enjoy helping people connect with their wholeness. My nursing experience is in hospice/palliative care.

I have been a bodyworker since 1983. My work has been informed and enlivened by the practice of mindfulness. In Rosen Method Bodywork I feel that I have finally found the right fit. It is for me a sacred honor to be allowed into another person's world, to explore as partners this process of discovery and unfolding.

As a social worker, a psychotherapist, and a Rosen Method Practitioner, I help others be present, find their full breath, and their true voice.

Living among many diverse cultures since childhood, I developed a need for a way to connect sincerely across a multitude of differences. Over time, I discovered that touch, through massage, was a direct way to reach out. But it was through Rosen Method Bodywork, with its practice of deep listening, that I truly found a way to connect deeply. I invite you to share this experience with me.

More than 35 years of experience working with the being through the body. I treasure the art of this simple and profound method of being and connecting with another in the present moment.

I have a background as a psychotherapist and massage therapist. I have had a private practice in Carrboro since 1988. I enjoy working with clients seeking a deeper sense of self and wholeness.

My interests lie in the exploration of the many aspects of the Self, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

A healer for 35 years - led to some who suffer in ways of the human spirit - in Rosen Method practice we wait together while we are meeting the wholeness within - a sacred process of recovery.

I have been practicing both TALK and TOUCH therapies for twenty five years. Rosen Method has given me the opportunity to integrate that work. I endeavor to offer my clients a safe place to feel themselves and to heal themselves.

I feel honored to help clients connect to their body-mind -spirit. To journey with them as they increase in awareness. Rosen Method bodywork has helped me to put the puzzle of life together and I would like to help other people who want to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I am married for 30 years, and have reared five children.

My background is in Art Therapy, Fine Arts Photography, and mothering two young children. I received my BA in Women's studies and Photography from Suny at Purchase. After years of living in NYC I have relocated to rural Pennsylvania and delight daily in the beautiful countryside. In addition to my Rosen practice, I continue to work as a fine arts photographer. I also offer photo-therapy sessions for women, exploring issues of body image. Of importance to me are: living in the moment, opening to contentment and allowing for struggle.

This path is one of healing, wholeness and holiness. Through Rosen Method Bodywork I seek to help clients integrate emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically allowing an experience of their authentic self to emerge in this amazing process.
