Rosen Method Open Center’s Fall Bodywork Intensive Retreat
Date: October 22-26, 2025
Theme: Creating a Safe Container for Experience
Set in the serene, rural backdrop of Julia's private home and guest house, we will explore how we create a “safe container” for present moment embodied experiences through presence, touch and words.
We will look at the concept of safety through a neurophysiological lens, emphasizing the interconnection of our nervous systems. We will develop our ability to feel safe within ourselves in order to become a safe container for others.
Over the course of the Intensive, we will practice giving and receiving Rosen touch, explore the role of our words and our intentions, engage in dyads, demos, dynamic discussions, group process circles and movement circles.
This retreat offers a unique space to refine your approach to bodywork and deepen your connection to both your practice and yourself.
